The noodles were very chewy yet does not stick to the teeth. they use really fresh seafood like sotong and prawns to fry with the noodles hence giving it a natural sweetness taste. it was very tasty, makes you want to eat mouth after mouth. the spiciness hits the spot, very shiok. one of the best dish this stall produces.
