I was on a pretty tight budget so i opted for one of the cheaper choices, the mid joint rice. there were three pieces of mid joints, good enough for me. i am not a big eater anyway. the yellow rice was quite a lot. almost filled to the brim of the box. there was a little portion of coslaw. so there is meat, vegetable and carbohydrate, a balanced meal i guess. the mid joints are really good. they marinated it with teriyaki sauce. the teriyaki sauce was not too salty. it infused into the chicken m
