Japan Food Holdings which runs a chain of multipleJapanese restaurant concepts locally has a little known food court presence - Botejyu Yatai which serves teppanyaki and omu rice on the cheap. The chicken and salmon teppanyaki set at $6.80 is great value with teriyaki chicken chunks, a thin salmon fillet and sautéed bean sprouts served with rice and egg drop soup.
