My friend notified me wrongly that this was the authentic japanese stall opened in the food court. From the looks and representation it was truly like a good Japanese stall in a food court to try, along with their original hiragana text of the menu.

I ordered the salmon fry set for $7.5. I thought the price was a bit ex, but it was Taka and I thought again, it was going to be really good so it didn't matter. The price is more or less the same as eating in Yoshinoya.

Apparently after I saw on how they prepare, it was ready-fried salmon fry fillet, which was just drying and cold on the rack. The beef yakiniku has obviously had to be cooked hot, then applied on top of the rice. I meant errr... put on top. Hahaha

Then easily the lady just squirted mayonnaise on top of the cold salmon, then had miso soup and pickles. That was it! The rice wasn't like a lot too from the start. I was quite dissapointed. But again, maybe I chose the wrong one. Not too bad, just hope that the other menu is much better.

Chicken katsu is at a good price for $4 or under as I recall!
