I have eaten the fried kway teow many times. The taste this time was not as good, a sign of fluctuating quality of their food. The queue was long when I ordered the $4 one. The whole plate is mainly kway teow and mee with beansprouts. The Chinese sausage, egg and fishcake was hardly to be seen. The taste was normal; the standard is different. This time, it is not fried by the elderly uncle who usually man the stall. The overall taste is not worth the queue.
