Each of Keisuke Takeda's ramen restaurants focuses on a different broth type. As the name suggests, this outlet specializes in Tonkotsu Ramen.The regular Tonkotsu ramen is sublime. Porky, tasty broth with nice noodles and well cooked soft boiled egg, which is absolutely let down by the tough and dry cha shu. You also get free flow bean sprouts and hard boiled (unflavored) eggs.

Highly recommended although not perhaps on a rainy day as it's an outdoor walk from the MRT station to Orchid hotel.
