Instead of eating at the restaurant itself, I decided to take away and bring home to eat. The satay sauce is awesome, sweet and savoury, which I think is the main star in the whole burger, as it kind of covered over the other ingredients though.
The patty, I have to admit, really does not look nor taste like a vegan patty, which also due to the fact that the taste of the patty was covered over by the satay sauce.
The lettuce was in such a big whole piece that I had to pull the whole thing out in just the first few bites, since it was kind of hard to break apart.
The onions complemented the satay sauce really well.
Eating the whole burger itself is satiety enough.
