The soup was thick and tasty with the sweetness of anchovies. Took the first sip of the soup and I knew I am won over. The fried fishes were also very fresh, soft and sweet. One bite into the fried fish and how the fish meat broken down, we can tell the fish was freshly prepared on the day instead of using frozen fish meat.The vegetables were crunchy and juicy which also gave a good balance to the heavy flavouring of the soup.
