Forest Summer Set Lunch

Forest Restaurant is located at Sentosa, Equarius Hotel with local celebrity chef Sam Leong. The ambience of this restaurant is fantastic. We tried the Summer Set Lunch. The portion was just right and every dishes tasted so delicious. My favourite is the complimentary appetizer which consist of a Cherry Tomato, a small piece of preserved plum and mint. This chilled sorbet is so pretty and awesome. Thumbs up!
