Ordered Rosti at Paulaner Brauhaus and it was definitely not a disappointing one. Rosti was a combination of potatoes, dry smoked hams and a layer of cheese on top. The thin outer layer of Rosti was slightly crispy and crunchy. The inner Rosti was moist and the taste of the potatoes was overwhelming. Hence, the taste of the dry smoked hams was quite minimum. The thin outer layer of Rosti was slightly crispy and crunchy. The inner Rosti was moist and the taste of the potatoes was overwhelming. Hence, the taste of the dry smoked hams was quite minimum. However, the whole combination still tastes really good. As Paulaner Brauhaus is a German restaurant, the menu has two different written languages which are English and German. Hence, there wasn't any problem reading the menu.
It costs $13.80 (excluding GST and service change) which I think is pretty alright for a restaurant with good ambience.
