This bbq chicken char siew bun was wrapped in a baking sheet which had seemed to absorbed some oil and which I am not sure where it came from since the bun was baked and not fried though. Thus, I had to tear away the baking sheet to prevent re-absorbing of oil.The crust of the bun was filled with black bits which I think were seaweed bits. The fillings are flavourful but are quite little and all seemed to squeezed onto one side of the bun.
