Sky on 57 is a well known establishment opened by celebrity chef Justin Quek. Clearly, it also boasted celebrity prices with each person paying around 70 dollars for a full 3 course set lunch. We had the potato soup with black truffle. This was fantastic. The black truffles taste was really strong. The potato soup was pretty smooth and very creamy.
