Sending off Daddy and Mummy for their 2nd honeymoon trip, since we already parked here might as well shop around and have our lunch here. We went to Crystal Jade at Changi Terminal 3. I have always associated Crystal Jade with high quality and standards of food. We ordered Fried noodles, Shanghai La Mian, Xiao Long Bao, Fried Eggplant with Floss. Fried noodle is abit oily and bland tasting. La Mian is really springy, the sour and spicy mince pork sauces is very appetizing. Xiao Long Bao is hot and juicy. Crispy tempura eggplant topped with generous amount of tasty pork floss YUM.
