The last time I ate a tomato based one was when I was younger. So I really missed it without realising what I was missing. The taste of the charsiew was average, this charsiew was thin, I prefer the ones with some thickness and glaze. The noodle was good, soft enough and Q enough! I enjoyed the wontan, the flavour of the meat was not overpowering and the skin Crumbles in my mouth. I didn't drink the soup that it came with though, was a little bland and had overwhelming skin taste (of the wontan)
