I was finding a place for dinner together with my wife at Robertson Quay when we saw this ramen place. I remembered seeing it before in Raffles City and hence decided to try the food here. I was finding a place for dinner together with my wife at Robertson Quay when we saw this ramen place. I remembered seeing it before in Raffles City and hence decided to try the food here. The menu is quite extensive, there are different types of ramen and different types of soup base - miso, spicy miso, shio and shoyu. There is also the tsukemen here which is dipping ramen, where the ramen is separate from the soup. One thing special is that in the menu, there is also mini ramen which is good if you want to try other things and not just eat ramen. I ordered the Sapporo miso ramen. The miso soup is quite adequately flavoured but not too salty. I was able to finish every bit of the soup although my wife chided me for that. The ramen is quite thin and it is not as springy as I would have liked. I guess it may have been very slightly overcooked. The char siu is just average, I have had better char siu before. I wouldn't specially come back here for its ramen as there are other better ramen stalls.
