I was just reading a feature on the roti prata, an underestimated local favourite that is widely available.

Seems that becoming more health conscious doesn't stop the occassional indulgence.

And these guys at The Prata Place advertise their pratas for being the best crispy prata in Singapore.

Did you know how?

You might reconsider your dining choice after this piece of information...

They deep fry their pratas. Oh the dough is delicious but!

Oh well. We made a choice for the chicken cheese Murtabak to share.

This arrived cut up into small bite-sized squares which I really appreciated.

Perfect for dipping into the side of chicken curry gravy.

The prata exterior was crispy indeed and encased pieces of red stained tandoori chicken and stringy cheese.
