I love the chilli and the soya sauce that Pontian uses to season its wonton noodles. Mixing in some mayonaise may sound gross but that's what I learnt from my friend and surprisingly, it tasted better! The wantons are fried very well such that they were very crispy yet there was no trace of oil at all.The boiled wantons in the soup were also good! The noodles that pontian uses are also very springy, bouncy and very "Q Q"!!!
