Parkway Parade Steamboat, hidden in the basement foodcourt at roxy square is the perfect place for affordable ala-carte steamboat in the comfort of air-conditioning. There are two soup options, either tom yam which is really quite spicy, or the chicken broth. I like mixing the tomyam with the chicken broth to make it milder.
