Friday evening, The Grandstand is pretty quiet. Feeling at little hungry, went into the food court for dinner. There is nothing much left at around 7.30pm. Luckily, able to get a bowl of Gingko Pork Tripe Pepper Soup and Pumpkin Rice. The appearance of the soup is milky in color. Initially, I could only taste the sweetness of the soup, however after few mouthful I could taste the peppery sensation. The Pork Tripe too soft, probably due to the long hours of boiling.
