The chef put in effort to decorate slices of fish, it looked pretty like a blossom flower. The essence of soup was heavily relied on the fresh fish, it was decent with a medley of sweet and fragrant taste. I had quite some long time never taste such homely soup, fish was on the other hand cooked a right texture. Ease to have the fish, it was boneless and smooth. $4.00, portion was satisfying.
