My return for Hi-tea again couple weeks ago, my friend was craving for its cake. Indeed Tea Dot was expert in baking and designing their cakes, each of them was an effort. Observing people walked by, it was what I did in a relaxing afternoon. No choice, the café was at high-profile location.
