The cafe was pretty spacious and there were quite a few kind of seats available - there was a big round communal table, normal square tables and bar seats. I had the Organic Eggs Benedict $25, which comprises of chive hollandaise, 2 organic poached eggs and pulled braised ox cheeks on sourdough toast, with rocket leaves on the side. The eggs were EXCELLENT, yolk was runny and even the egg white was just slightly runny. I also loved the hollandaise which was a little different from the usual one
I had the Organic Eggs Benedict $25, which comprises of chive hollandaise, 2 organic poached eggs and pulled braised ox cheeks on sourdough toast, with rocket leaves on the side. The eggs were EXCELLENT, yolk was runny and even the egg white was just slightly runny. I also loved the hollandaise which was a little different from the usual ones you get from other places because of the addition of chives. The pulled ox cheeks were also lovely, moist and tender and flavourful. However I still do feel that the price is a bit much, definitely not for the common man.
Their service was also pretty good - the staff were prompt and friendly and they refilled our cups on their own accord, something that I don't really notice in many brunch places in Singapore.
