Milky-white broth was heavily topped with well-marinated pork, braised egg, seaweed and corns, outstanding taste indeed. Love its thin noodles, the texture remained springy and mouthful. Slow-boiled tangy egg was okay, the pork on the other hand was in right ratio for fat lean and meat. The refreshing part was the sweetness that came naturally, salty for my liking. My Ramen was slightly expensive, price at $16.50. Yet it deserved the cost, filling portion and good premium quality.
