Surprised to see Bear Bites at Bugis Junction food hall as I passed by, I was finding bite-size stuff. First stop in Singapore was at Orchard Scape, if I was not mistaken. Cross over Taiwan and Japanese fusion food, would you really bear to eat such adorable bun? Rather healthy bun with steaming instead of frying or baking, softness was awesome. Interestingly unique way to pick your favourite bun, there were plenty choices available. Meat was the main concern, I picked Karaage Chicken as usual.

Rather healthy bun with steaming instead of frying or baking, softness was awesome. Interestingly unique way to pick your favourite bun, there were plenty choices available. Meat was the main concern, I picked Karaage Chicken as usual. Sweetly & Spicy Thai sauce selected to make a highlight and most importantly, it was tasty. Ala carte order price started from $4.80, it was something more than a fast food.
