Simple yet warm hearty, congee was smooth consistent with soft texture. Traditional and plain flavours, the bowl was empty without any luxury ingredients except generous brownish peanuts, anchovies and fried onions. I stirred it up, it was rather thick and glutinous. Taste was finely sweet with appropriate portion, peanuts was crunchy and blended well along. $2.00 for my order, price was really cheap and value for money.
