Previously I was enjoying a wonderful Laksa, then now I had a sudden craving for it. Searching Laksa stall for lunch today anyway, I spotted a Pasir Ris Laksa and decided to try it out. Everything was well-maintained, stall appeared neat and clean. Staff was a polite and soft spoken lady, I could hardly hear what was saying. As I took a mouthful spoon of soup, it was creamy yummy and heart-contented. The bowl was infused with spices fragrance, yet not excessively heavy. Slightly sweet with a hint

As I took a mouthful spoon of soup, it was creamy yummy and heart-contented. The bowl was infused with spices fragrance, yet not excessively heavy. Slightly sweet with a hint of spicy sambal chilli, noodle was perfectly matched with gravy. Fresh shrimps, hard-boiled egg, fried tofu and beansprouts were added in, portion was rather generous. Seriously, at $8.50 per serving, the bowl of Laksa probably was the most expensive amongst those food court stall in town.
