Freshly from stove, it was obviously brewed over a slow flame for a lengthy time. Finally formed to starchy soup base, the bowl was in superior flavour and texture. Generous amount of oysters and shredded chicken was mixed along before serving up, best eaten while it still pipping hot. Strong hint of vinegar within the sticky soup, taste was awesomely great. Perfectly companion in a lazy afternoon, the bowl was warm and hearty. Had a spoonful comforting dish, I was always tempted towards it. $4.90 per serving in ala-carte, it was definitely enough to satisfy my taste buds.
