Craving stroke across my mind, I took a rest and sat down to enjoy a bowl of Cheng Teng from dessert stall. A queue was there when I was there, it cleared fast due to quick reaction by staff. Freshly mixed and matched ingredients on the spot, flexible requirement was acceptable.Common dessert which can be found at almost all the hawker or foodcourts, I opted for hot version. Common dessert which can be found at almost all the hawker or foodcourts, I opted for hot version. Sweet soup here was excellent, clearly decent and straightforward tasty. Wide array of ingredients were given, bowl was filled up generously. Longan’s flavour burst out, fragrant was maximum yet just nice for my liking. Red Dates, White Fungus, Gingko Nuts and assorted cubes were chewy aromatic, overall was perfect. Savoury and light broth to quenched my thirsty, it was appealing as well as let me have a sweet tooth. Inexpensive at $2.20, I get extra 10% discount as I have Kopitiam member card.
