Amazed by using simple ingredients to create extraordinary dish, fresh shrimp and assorted veggies were fried within. Rice stood independently without too mushy or overly moist, almost cooked to perfection and right tenderness. Chicken chop given was huge, cut into 10 pieces. I think I should described it as chewy firmly slices, well-marinated with battered skin. Deep-fried with slight peppery fragrance, taste was salty but not overwhelming. Chilled cucumber was served along as refreshing dressing, it provided additional crunchiness. Original price for Fried Rice was $5.00, yet I topped up additional $2.00 for the Chicken Cutlet. As a whole, Sukhothai Kitchen is one of the most value-for-money Thai Restaurants I’ve been to.
