One of those traditional Chinese desserts, I could hardly find sweet potato soup in ginger at Singapore. They said it supposed to lower the heat, ginger in the other way to reduce excessive gases. Such dessert was suitable for stuffy weather, thus I went to this dessert stall. Selling huge range of sweet bowl selections, patrons were spoilt for choices. Hygiene condition was quite good, ladyboss was friendly as well.To the uninitiated, the bowl was purely watery sweet soup. Strong gingery taste

To the uninitiated, the bowl was purely watery sweet soup. Strong gingery taste and dedicated earthy tanginess, sweet potatoes were peeled and cooked well. Straightforward way to accompany only dried Longan, simple where tasted better. Mushy bite, it had soft inner texture. Little Pandan leaves aromatic, brown syrupy dissolved perfectly in soup. Only $1.20 for each bowl, price was really less expensive while value for money. Satisfying breakfast to start up a day, stall was closed during afternoon.
