was back to symmetry on a weekday, which is much better as we dont have to queue even without prior reservation.this time round i have tried a different dish - truffle mushroom, which consists of scrambled eggs, saute mushroom, truffle oil and berries butter with a toast. Was quite satisfied with this. the scrambled eggs were nicely done, creamy and soft enough. the berries butter taste so good with the toast. i have never had such butter before. its sweet and yet not giving you a very oily butt

Was quite satisfied with this. the scrambled eggs were nicely done, creamy and soft enough. the berries butter taste so good with the toast. i have never had such butter before. its sweet and yet not giving you a very oily buttery feel. The saute mushroom on the other hand, does not taste so nice as i could barely taste thte truffle oil. but overall, this was not too bad.
This cost me around $23 after service charge and gst which i find it quite pricey though.
