Wandering for lunch at Fa Fa Foodcourt, I decided at Handmade Noodles. No doubt the place was a bit stuffy crowded during noon, but good food worth the suffering. Very humble-looking stall, speed of preparation was rather impressive. There was a constant queue, regular patrons visited always. Staff was friendly, provided us some suggestions.Dried version opted, noodle was springy as slurping up. Dried version opted, noodle was springy as slurping up. Generous minced pork, veggies and anchovies were poured on top, boiled egg was served aside too. Bowl was flavoured and seasoned-well, best eaten when dipping along darkening sauce. Soup was complimentary, decent taste with slight peppery. Portion was sufficient, definitely enough to fill up a hungry tummy. Price was $3.50, reasonable and delicious.
