Passing by Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen, I and my friend had same sentiment to have Japanese food. Originated from Osaka, this place was actually famous about “Volcanic” Ramen. Wide-ranged menu was given to us from friendly staff, really spoilt for choices. Décor was simple trendy, atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Service was prompt, we didn’t have to wait long to get our orders.Fragrant soup served, it was creamy thick and rich in savour. Pork slices were falling off the bone, unbelievably tender

Fragrant soup served, it was creamy thick and rich in savour. Pork slices were falling off the bone, unbelievably tender and well-marinated. Appetizing by looking and smell, the saltiness was all right without overpowering. Noodles were springy and tasted great, portion was relatively generous. Beansprouts, Black Fungus, Spring Onions were added, the bowl was deliciously lip-smacking yet not exaggerated. Talking about the price, I would say Ramen sold here was quite valuable.
