Ah Tai Hainanese Chicken Rice at Maxwell Food centre. Ah Tai was the former master chef of the famous Tian Tian Chicken rice for 20years.I prefer Ah Tai Chicken RICE to Tian Tian. Ah Tai rice not too oily and of the right texture. However, Tian Tian one too moist and soft.Tian Tian chicken is smoother than Ah Tai chicken. But Ah Tai chicken is already consider quite smooth la.As for the sauce, both Tian Tian & Ah Tai taste light... but I prefer Ah Tai as Tian Tian one is too bland and sticky.Ove

Overall, this two chicken rice is definitely one of the best in Singapore.
Ah Tai chicken rice for tonight dinner. Half chicken, 5 packet of rice S $14.50 for 4 of us.
