Qiu Lian Ban Mian is a brand of Ban Mian. I ordered a bowl of the standard minced pork ban mian for $3. They are rather consistent with their name, the hand-made noodles were good on its own, as they were of chewy and cooked with right amount of time and temperature. The lady also served me as requested, less noodles and more vegetables, I ask for this all the time because I feel that they are really generous with their portion of noodles and I wouldn't be able to finish.
