I was craving for some traditional snacks and thus got these kueh tutus which cost $2.80 for 5. The kueh tutus are made freshly on the spot. The white exterior is too thick, thus making it rather dry. I tried the coconut and peanut filling. The white exterior is too thick, thus making it rather dry. I tried the coconut and peanut filling. Even though I am not a fan of coconut kueh tutu, this is yummy but the coconut fillings could be more fine (texture) and it was a little sweet for me. The peanut fillings are finely grounded and sweet too. However, I do realize that the tutu kueh sticks on the pandan leaf and it breaks apart easily.
