 Bouncy Benedict: I like the name that they created for this dish - Bouncy Benedict, instead of the usual boring names (Eggs Benedict). Omg this was the BEST brunch that I had in my life! The runny yolk inside the egg, their hollandaise sauce and their home-cured salmon were all melted in the mouth. It was nicely served on a Pizza board.. Highly Recommended Brunch!
