Was at Bugis Junction and wanted to have lunch, but kinda bored with the dining options there. Spotted a restaurant called LeNu, which offers Taiwan-style noodle. Braised Beef Shank Noodle - $8.90
I had my meal come with thin noodle in authentic braised beef soup. The soup had a fragrant herbs scent. According to what's written in the menu, the beef used has been bruised for at least 3 hours, which results in the tenderness of it. Beef shank might not be a popular type of beef meat, since it somewhat had a tough texture, but LeNu's beef shank was meaty and tender. The noodle was just okay with the right springiness.

Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Now I know where to have authentic Taiwanese noodle. Obviously will return soon.
