Visited Violet Herbs, a Modern European restaurant. The first dish was Amuse Bouche of Beef Tender with Madiera sauce and fried saffron. It simply melts in your mouth.Next dish was Parsnip Velouté. The soup was thick and full flavour.The next dish of Truffle Foie Gras was delightful in the mouth. We had Yuzu Sorbet to cleanse our palate. My favourite has to be the Kurobuta pork.
