Signature Dishes
Though I am not a Vietnamese food lover, I will recommend one to visit this place as the food tastes good. Ordered the chicken sandwich, Vietnamese prawn roll (Vietnamese popiah) and ice tea. Personally, I like the Vietnamese prawn roll the most as the ingredients are fresh. The sauce, which is served together with the prawn roll, goes very well with it too. As for the sandwich, it is freshly made and the chef is quite generous with the ingredients. Do give it try.

They have variety of sandwiches or even meal to order from. But what attracted me is this mini mushroom sandwich for lunch during office hours! It contains the mushroom and many veggies to add on to the taste, overall it is healthy and filling yet yummy! (:They also have a bigger size type but i think the small one would be enough for me. It also comes in a set and they do have student meal too if you are a student.

If you want to have a filling and yet not too sinful meal for your lunch or dinner, the sandwich here at Baquette will be an ideal choice for you. The bread is filled with lots of healthy wheat contents and the slice is quite thick as well. It is not too hard and will be heat upon order. The vegetables slot in between it are very generous and fresh too. Ideal to have it on your own or even to share it with your friends if you are a smaller eater. Have it with a cup of lime juice will certainly make your meal a very healthy one.

The portion for Vietnamese food is always so little, it barely makes you full. I always feel like I can take on 2 plates of them but they are quite above my daily budget. Priced at around $5, the caramel glazed rice is one to try. Sweet, tender and somewhat sour, it’s a nice mix of the east.
