Located next to the bay, San Sui seems to be a good chill out place after work on Friday! During our first visit, we had the indoor seat at the grill bar, where we can see how the chefs prepare our food. Awesome! First, we ordered the Karatsuki Yaki Kaki ($20). The fresh fin de claire oysters are served with special citrus sauce. Slightly creamy, and very tasty when eat it hot. The Tokusei Tori Don ($15) is a must try! It is actually a special homemade chicken rice. The rice topped with minced chicken, homemade chicken ball and hot spring egg. It tasted best when you mix the half-boiled egg with all the ingredients. The well-seasoned chicken ball is definitely the highlight of the dish! Uni Cream Coroke ($10), a.k.a Creamy Croquette is actually a deep-fried patty consists of mashed potato, corn and crab meat. Very crispy, and of good flavour! For sure you have to try the grill skewed meat when you dine in at San Sui. The Reba/ Chigimo ($4), which is the chicken livers are grilled perfectly and coated with a glaze of sweet sauce. Delicious! The Kurobuta Karubi ($6), which is the pork belly marinated in Hot Miso, has the beautiful portion of fats! Tender and nice. My top favourite goes to Tokusei Tsukune ($8), a special chicken meat (similar to the chicken ball in Tokusei Tori Don), coated with flavourful sauce, and served with raw egg yolk. Thumbs up!
