This bowl of ramen is very tasty and simply love the thick creamy pork broth that is flavourful and is not too salty as well. The ramen here is chewy and portion is generous. The few pieces of tender chewy pork bellies in this dish is delicious and goes well with the soup. Restaurant is quite cooling but a little squeezy. Service staffs are friendly and helpful. Paid around $15 which is reasonable. continue reading

Honestly speaking, I was quite disappointed when I saw my Hakata Ajitama Ramen - regular ($13). The pork bone broth is very rich in flavour, I fell in love with the extremely tender char siew (pork slices), and the soft-boiled onsen egg. The ramen is topped with lots of green onion and black fungus, yummy! continue reading
