Passing by this simple restaurant called Azmi's in Little India & seeing so many people eating Kheema chapati, we thought we should try this too. We ordered for mutton, keema (mince) and the reaturant's special "Azmi chapatis". The stuff was really delicious -- Hot and spicy. The chapatis were freshly made and tender. Now we know why so many people flock here to have their meals. Tasty and delicious and value for money !!!

We use to always pass by this simple restaurant called Azmi's in Little India & see so many people eating Kheema chapati at a less than average looking restaurant. This time, we thought we too will try out the Kheema chapati over here, so we did. We ordered for Kheema & some mutton gravy with chapattis. It was awesome. The kheema & the mutton were too good. They were spicy, hot & tasty to the core. The chappatis too were freshly made. After dining at Azmi's we now know why they always have people flocking there to have Kheema -chapatis.

I was asking my Pakistan colleague of any nice Indian restaurants at Little India the other day and the following day he brought me to this little old 80's coffeeshop in Little India at the junction of Serangoon Road and Norris Road. I suspect this place should be quite well known when I saw a Caucasian family eating at the coffeeshop. I googled and indeed this place was featured in some of the popular food blogs and travel sites.I left the ordering to my colleague and I was in for another surprise. I have my first tried on sheep brain! It tasted like a plate of scrambled egg cooked in a lot of Indian spices. The shop's speciality Chapatis were freshly made and very good eaten with the lamb keema, potatoes and cauliflower, sheep brain and lamb curry.

Cheap and quick for on the go. But nothing special about the prata or curry. It's a hole in the wall. usually get one egg and one plain. Normal prata prices. Place look pretty dirty but otherwise it's edible. Some places just do pratas much better than other places. This is not a place which does good pratas. Just passable. Good if you are hungry for a snack. Not sure about the cleanliness as it's pretty dark inside. Criss your fingers that you don't get sick from eating here! Not recommended.
