Brought a plate of the fried kway teow as it has been a long time since I have last eaten it. This plate of fried kway teow is cooked with ingredients like the kway teow, hokkien mee, chinese sausage and the cockles. Other ingriedients includes the bean sprout, fish cake and egg. The cockles use is quite fresh and juicy, the black sauce is well seasoned, not too salty nor sweet. The kway teow and the hokkien mee is well mixed with the black sauce. Portion wise is reasonable and sufficient for one person and the price wise is also reasonable at $3 per plate.
