Dining in this coffee shop is quite comfortable as irregardless of outdoor or indoor dining area, both are equally spacious and many ceiling fans are installed on the ceiling to reduce the warm dining environment experience. I have bought the economic kway teow from this stall.  Many dishes are available here and there are really so many dishes for you to choose that which really impress me. The counter men helpers are not extremely friendly nor rude, just expressionless service, straight to the point and prompt when handing the food to me.Have bought it at $3.00 which is consider reasonable by looking at its generous portion.  Kway teow is fragrant but was abit oily. The stir fried cabbage was delightfully delicious, crunchy and fresh.  THe noah hiang (meatroll) may not have much minced meat inside, but the combination ingredients inside really blends well together, especially the spring onion make it really fragrant. continue reading

I was shopping at AMK hub and was looking for a place for lunch and my friend recommend the S-11 coffeeshop opposite AMK hub. The food displayed by the Cheong Luk Economic Rice stall looks nice so I ordered a place. The rice was nice and fluffy. The curry veg was cooked just nice and not too soft and spicy. The fried chicken was nice and crispy and the steam meat tasted fresh and good. continue reading

This was a simple lunch. I ordered my usual favorites like the curry vegetable, fried prawn paste chicken and sweet & sour pork. My favorite amongst these dishes got to be the fried prawn paste chicken. The chicken pieces were well-marinated and nicely fried to give it the crispy texture. The other dishes tasted just average. Not too bad an option if left with little choice for lunch or dinner. continue reading

wide range of dishes for you to choose from, queue is long during lunch time as expected, similar to other outlets but surprisingly, they are fast in term of service, around few minutes to my turn. The food is served hot and fresh (thats the most important factor), taste great too and environment is spick and span, pricing is average thoughoverall: if you are in a rush, this stall is definitely one that you can buy from continue reading
