I always like to patronize this tze char stall with my family as the food is sumptuous! But a side note - do ask them for less oil and salt as sometimes when they have a crowd, our food can get too oily, if not too salty Therefore, if you are a health conscious person you may want to let the person know when taking down your order. I forgot what is the name of the vegetable as it was ordered by my dad, but I can comment that their vegetables is a must try due to its crunchiness and not vegetable is not too cooked till it became soft. The crispy skin chicken as recommended by the staff, tastes good as well, as the skin is crispy enough and goes well with the sauce it came with - can eat a lot of rice just by ordering the chicken dish itself.Lastly, the egg, as you can see and exactly what you are seeing, the egg is as nice as how its look ! So eggy! With outside hard and crispy at the sides and soft in the inside, the egg just tasted awesomely nice. I would say the feeling of how one eat pouched egg, since that is the western kind of feeling. When you eat this egg, you will experiences the Chinese style of feeling. so yum yum! The pricing of these dishes are reasonable. The vegetables were below $10 and meat were less than $15. Thus the meal itself cost less than $30 for 3 persons. Which I think is worthwhile for the taste and tze char eating experiences. continue reading

A visit to a friend’s house and his mother was so enthusiastic to invite us for dinner together. We came to this hawker centre which was located downstairs my friend’s house. His mother was the one to order the food.A decent fried Meehoon with Black Soya Sauce, it was just simply nice without any luxury ingredients. It was our main course and the portion was huge, it was definitely enough for five of us.Personally, I was not really fancy for this dish. It was oily while it tasted better when I ate together with Mayonnaise which served along fried ‘’You Tiao’’. It was mouth-watering for its appearance, the wings were crispy and chicken was well-marinated too. Normal stirred-fry Chinese Broccoli with garlic and ginger, the taste was just nice. The chef should cut it into smaller because some of the leaves were exaggeratedly large. Unfortunately, the gravy was too sticky for me. I prefer grilled egg with slightly burnt at the bottom than the Japanese Tofu. Both of us were full and satisfied after this superb meal. We enjoyed the entire meal time. continue reading

This is the " Chai Bo Tou Fu" i had introduced the previous time. Seems tasty right ?! It cost just only 10 bucks. If they are having a promotion it will be just only like $6/ $8 It has always been one of the favorite dish my family and i would order everytime when we went over to have our dinner. Another dish i would introduce is the Pig Trotter Leg.This dish here cost around15 bucks. I could say it is super DELICIOUS ! The meat was not hard. Hence elderly and children will not have a hard time chewing it. After this satisfying meal, the staff will serve the desert to you. It is FREE ^^ so you do not worry that you have to pay for it. The desert is being served based on the number of people seated at the table Also, their desert will change everyday. Overall, i would rate this " Zhu Char" 4.5/5 . continue reading
