Was there to help me aunt to do some work reports, thus decided to settle for a simple lunch at the Kopitiam there. Ordered a bowl of Mixed Fish Soup. ($4.50)Its soup is quite nice, not too salty, while the mixed fish (sliced & fried fish) are well cooked. Sliced fish is sliced into small pieces, suitable for all. As for the fried fish, its quite normal, nothing much to wow about. The portion is rather big, served with seaweed and tofu, and you can choose to put milk or just plain fish soup. Worth a try if you're in the vicinity.

Signature Dishes
I ordered a piping hot bowl of ban mian from this stall. The ban mian costs $3 and just for change, I ordered the very flat and large noodle which is similar to the kway chap. The large pieces of noodles needs a little while to get used to and eating it with a spoon is definitely easier than eating it with chopsticks. The noodles are not too thick so even though it is a large piece, it is quite easy to chew and swallow. The soup is also delicious, it is light tasting and I didn't feel too thirsty after drinking much of the soup. The ingredients given are quite reasonable for the price of $3 as well, with an egg, vegetables and minced meat. Overall, it is a good choice to fill your stomach.
