Signature Dishes
15 Minutes is located right inside Laselle College, within walking distance from the famous Rochor Tau Huey Shop. My friend introduced me to this casual dining place for dinner and out of curiosity, I decided to go check it out for more. As I didn't managed to get through their line for reservation, I have to wait in the queue for almost 20 minutes before we are usher to our seats. We are near to the live band section, so our view was not blocked when the live band gig started.Ordered their Chef's burger for the night. The burger is served with 2 huge sesame bun, a sunny side up and a regular beef patty. Side for this dish is French Fries & Coslow. I like how the beef patty is being cooked - a little charred at the side and it was still a little moist. Nothing much about the coslow and fries as they are quite normal. 15 minutes is a place for you to chill and have your dinner while listening to the live band performing. I heard that they do rotate their band schedule so why not head down for a chill out session with a group of your friends with some good food? The place do get very noisy during extreme peak hours, so if you prefer to chill at somewhere quiet, this is definitely not the place for you.

15minutes is located in SMU.The name is very special.I wonder why is 15 minutes,then my friend told me is the food will come after we ordered 15 minutes.There is a small band there,so we can enjoy the music during the meal.Smoked salmon pasta $14.90The salmon is nice, I like the smoked flavours of salmon.The penne can trap the creamy sauce.So when i eat them, i can taste both creamy and smoked taste together.What a good and great dish.

this cafe/bar/restaurant is opened in the Lasalle college so you can expect to see a lot of teenagers dining here. There are live performance on the day i went which is fridays so my friend and i enjoyed the music while dining. It is a very good place to chill out with friends and beer.glass jar warm duck salad $8.90the salad here is quite special which is served in the glass jar. i ordered this to share with my friends as i really feel interested and curious about the glass jar salad. anyway there is nothing special about the glass jar, just feel impressed with the way they present the dish. The duck is nice and tender but there are a few pieces only, the bottom is all lettuce and carrots shreds and the dressing is kinda not enough. but the orange slices really matches the duck very well.Smoked salmon pasta $14.90The smoked flavours of salmon is great and fragrant, make the whole dish very smoky and tasty. the penne is also al dente, and the sauce is creamy makes this a great pasta that i ever eaten.hearty italian pizza $12.90the pizza is served on a wooden plate which look nicer and more like a bar. the pizza has crushy and crispy thin crust with cheesy topping. i love the pickles so much that it is very appetising.

The spaghetti here is very chewy and smooth in texture. The portion is consider quite generous and really like those thick and creamy white sauce used in this main course, which is very fragrant and appetitizing. It goes very well with the spaghetti and mouthful is just so tasty. The chicken meat in it is also very tender and juicy, which also added that extra sweetness from meat too. The price may be quite high, but the quality is definitely there.

This restaurant is very comfortable and really cosy. My favourite choice among all will be their smoked duck pizza. The portion is quite generous and love those fluffy pizza pastry used in this dish which is not too dry and quite moist too. The smoked duck meat topped on the pizza are very fragrant and tender too. The combination is quite special and also not too salty or over seasoning.
