The environment there is spacious and good whereby they are alot of seats. Thus dont have to wait to get seats, there's sofa one's or those wooden chairs. Sadly, they dont provide plugs around like some other coffee oulets too so to surf net over there while drinking. They have the hot and cold type of coffee drinks at Gloria Jeans, so my friend and i ordered and try! we seems to like Gloria Jeans alot and been supporting their coffee for years because of the yummy taste! I got to try their hot coffee and liked it. I could not say the same when i tried the ice blended coffee for the first time. It was served without a lid to cover the drink. I was not asked whether do i want to have it with whipped cream or not. The coffee taste was not as aromatic as i expected it to be. It tasted quite diluted. The sweetness of the drink was very minimum. I think i shall stick to their hot coffee next time.

Gloria Jean’s latte is not as sweet as those you encountered elsewhere. Although I welcome the low sugar, I would prefer a stronger caffein to wake up my senses . The latte here is abit thin in the coffee taste but the aroma of it is pretty fragrant. The presentation of their latte is pretty nice and make you feel that their staffs are well trained in making their drinks. However, at the price of five dollar and eighty cents per cup, I think the price may be a bit too high. Moreover, service charge and good and services tax has yet to be included in the price.

Had a cup of hot cafe mocha a few weeks ago, and I ordered the large, which was of a reasonable price, ard $6+. As I had ordered take-away for the coffee, I forgot to stir it along the way out, before I drank it, which I only realised when I got to the bottom of the cup, where all the chocolatey goodness was. So, in short, do remember to stir your coffee, if not the taste would be on the bitter side, which I didn't really appreciate, but when I got to the end, the taste was better, and more aromatic cause of the mocha residue on the bottom. Recommended.
