For more details and pictures, visit : http://dairycream.blogspot.sg/2012/12/nanjya-monjya-sizzling-end-to-year-2012.htmlwe ordered the Tuna Flake Okonomiyaki and the raw ingredients were served. Tuna flakes might seemed like a boring right-out-of-the can ingredient but the tuna served here was way better than the average canned tuna. Diners can choose to DIY or request the staff to do it. This teppan dish consists of six big plump Australian oysters with slices of bacon and sweet Japanese leek that sizzled on the hot plate with butter and oil from the bacon. The pink bacon turned into a lovely dark brown after it was cooked. Never imagined that bacon can go well with oysters. continue reading

Came here with friends,is my second here,They have other branch @ Allson HotelMost of the thing we had were teppanyaki items,as it's their signature item & most of the tables have a hot plate all ready for some teppanyaki action.Their japanese pancake, with spring onions , lots of cabbage, This takes AGES to cook but tastes pretty good. The best dish that we had here was Geso Butter ,Is taco tentacles grilled with butter & spring onions. The garlic fried rice was also fried on the teppanyaki grill & was pretty good & interestingWe were so hungry that we kept checking it periodically &ate it the moment it was done. This place is nice, but some staff was abit blur & took wrong of our order, price a bit expensive, overall i rate 7/10 continue reading
